To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

兩個女仔食飯，最啱去文青小店，今次同朋友揀咗上環嘅稍息餐廳裝修得好有特色，好多角落都適合影相打卡今次同朋友選擇咗兩份定食，同埋一啲小食京蔥牛柳壽喜燒汁忌廉蓋飯牛柳配上生雞蛋黃食，令牛肉變得更加嫩滑，蓋飯有先伴上忌廉汁，令到牛肉飯更加有層次餐廳嘅茶碗蒸，亦都做得好出色，整得啱啱熟，好似啫喱咁滑松葉蟹甲羅燒飯蟹膏有整整一個蟹殼咁多，加上蟹肉同三文魚子，每一啖飯都好多配料，好足料，蟹膏味道亦都好香濃起司明太子魚籽玉子燒餐廳嘅蛋類製品做得好出色，玉子燒火候啱啱好，入口仍然好Juicy，明太子醬同三文魚子嘅配搭好夾， 十分推介👍🏻蜜糖雞翼識落有啲似BBQ嘅雞翼，餐廳特意用火槍燒一燒雞皮，食落更加焦香味最後埋單，每人二百幾蚊，價錢合理
