To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一向有叫開外賣, 都幫襯左好多年, 本來一直無咩問題, 但自從今日之後唔會再幫襯最近我胃唔舒服, 完全唔食得辣嘢. 一食辣嘢會嚴重胃痛幾日. 今晚叫左個雪菜肉絲炆米粉, 怕佢落辣椒, 所以落order已經專登講話一定要走辣點知食嘅時候發現辣嘅, 然後發現有紅辣椒. 打去同老闆娘講. 老闆娘話佢未食過唔知係辣. 我話你唔知唔緊要, 我落單時都已經講左走辣, 單都有寫, 老闆娘話係水吧整唔係廚房整, 我話無關係, 我唔明點解炆米粉要落辣，佢唔理我然後cut我線。我再打去老闆娘唔聽，但搵另一個電話打去佢又即聽喎，但變左一個男人聽電話 (應該係老細)。我好嬲咁話其實食物敏感可大可小，老細就鬧我有咩咁大件事。我話食物敏感係可以死人，然後老細就叫我去死。其實搞錯左同個客say sorry就得, 而唔係推卸責任仲要叫個客去死, 真係以後唔洗幫襯
