To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時經過樓下, 都會見到有個牌, 淨係望過吓個牌都唔知係食啲咩嘢, 當然就無去試啦. 終於最近朋友聚會喺. whatsapp group朋友們問雯雯係食咩ga, 佢答大家一齊烚吓烚吓架呢(即係打邊爐lor) 呢啲天氣最愛打邊爐 ^o^ 正~ 我最欣賞係呢度有o既三格鍋, 無錯係三格鍋 (即係有三種湯底). 佢哋招牌湯底疏乎厘蕃茄湯, 好香同好濃郁, 冬陰功cappuccino 味度唔太辣, 跟住係什菌洋葱湯, 個湯o既面頭有一塊係用蛋黄焗出黎o既蛋好特別啲湯真係超濃郁. 呢度o既雪花紋肥牛均勻, 塊塊都薄得o黎又有成A5紙size咁大ga, 勁ar~ *O* 真係估佢唔到, 一放入口即溶仲要巧香牛味ar, 服務員介紹係A5和牛, 茅得頂呀!!!食A5肥牛打邊爐串咀到呢...哈哈~ 碟豬肉睇落仲薄過A5肥牛呀, 即管又試吓啦. 嘩...好味到呢 ^3^ 原來係西班牙黑毛豬, 黑毛豬呀, 黑毛豬原來你都好好味架, 哈哈~ 呢度啲天使麵好滑好幼ar, 另外, 韓國泡菜餃, 麻醬青瓜雞肉餃味道都ok~ 整體服務生好有禮貌, 環境舒服, 本人讚好o既嘢食係(肥牛, 同埋黑毛豬) 巧巧味

我最欣賞係呢度有o既三格鍋, 無錯係三格鍋 (即係有三種湯底).
