上星期去「打邊爐」打邊爐湯底叫咗杏汁菜乾豬肺湯及四川麻辣湯!兩款湯都好足料,其中菜乾豬肺湯係第一次叫嚟打邊爐,味道鮮甜,都幾特別! 日式櫻花牛肉 — 侍應介紹呢款牛肉可以生食或者煮熟嚟食,我自己就更喜歡生食,薄薄一片而且脂肪分佈均勻,口感相當軟淋,再配合埋特別調製嘅醬汁,充分帶出到濃濃嘅牛肉味! 自家製皮蛋芫茜餃 — 好足料,皮蛋芫茜個味真係好出,入面粒皮蛋又幾大粒! 自家制梅菜豬肉丸+流沙蝦丸 — 呢間餐廳都好有創意,兩款肉丸都好特別,又係好足料,而且彈牙! 墨魚滑油炸鬼 — 呢個真係第一次食,喺其他餐廳未見過!佢係即時炸起,上枱時仲係好熱好脆! 鴨血 — 食親麻辣火鍋都一定要叫返碟鴨血嚟配搭! 魚肚 — 淥淋咗之後,吸收晒湯嘅精華,特別好食! 皇帝菜 — 每餐都要食啲菜,呢次就叫咗皇帝菜,翠綠又鮮嫩! 自家製竹庶茅根水及檸檬薏米水,都很足料,而且不會太甜,清熱解渴!
