To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近日因為疫情影響，想搵間酒店食自助餐難度高咗。可以選擇的不是高價位的酒店自助餐，就是火鍋烤肉放題。加上本來經常光顧嘅中價位酒店也暫停自助餐供應，攪到好似無乜選擇。😅今日有機會從openrice搜尋到旺角The Place. 睇埋評價決定與家人實地一試。果然，一如食評，環境整潔，服務周到，食物質素不錯，加上65折優惠，加埋一以$280有找嘅價錢可以享用紐西蘭生蠔，龍蝦鉗，燒牛肉，海南雞飯，喇沙，即日式刺身及即整壽司等等，仲有8款Movenpick雪糕及多款精美甜品，專人幫你攞，對食客而言，是一種放心嘅滿足。
