To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日要晏啲先可以食晏，於是索性去食下午茶餐。 去到茶木點左兩個餐：路邊攤小食濃香咖啡 三杯牛肉拌手工麵拼魚丸紫菜湯凍黑糖珍珠奶茶路邊攤小食（ 包括雞排，魚丸同台灣香腸）雞排啲粉好厚，於是留番最後先食，最終無食哂。魚丸正常，台灣香腸一如以往同其他台灣香腸一樣都係好味另外三杯牛肉拌手工麵拼魚丸紫菜湯手工麵厚實彈牙，配沙茶醬牛肉味道不錯。但魚丸紫菜湯既魚丸就一般 兩個茶餐每個都係50蚊加一，仲要有飲品，大件抵食。喺下午茶唔錯嘅選擇。只可以試下其他餐。
