To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行完山,落山之後就去咗深井大快活,即刻食個下午茶餐補充體力先。朋友點的燒雞翼拼春捲配紅豆冰$29。我點的雪菜肉絲米,奶醬多,脆皮腸,飲熱咖啡$24。奶醬多的花生醬是粒粒花生醬,我最鍾意食,因為有粒粒花生食落有口感又特別香口。淋上煉奶又香又甜,多士烤得好爽脆。切開仲可以同朋友一齊分享,因為花生醬煉奶份量都唔算多,係完全可以吃光的。雪菜肉絲米,米粉分量適中,因為咁平的價錢,不會預佢大碗,米粉質地爽口,沒有浸到淋曬,但湯就不夠熱,覺得煮好咗好耐,又沒有翻熱,就拿出來給客人吃,質量差少少。脆皮腸的皮,其實不夠脆不過多一舊肉用作補充體力,好過無。這個餐很多野食,只是$24,十分抵食,但味道就不用期待太多,快餐店的味道就是不過不失,不是難吃,但不能給予太高期望。
