To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太耐無食譚仔雲南米線，所以今日經過就入咗去幫襯喇。因為無食早餐同午餐既關係，所以叫咗超大碗既過橋米線套餐同烤香辣豬大腸。過橋米線套餐 ($56) : 有魚蛋、牛丸、墨丸、豬膶、牛肉、雞肉、豬肉、腩肉、火腿、炸醬、酸菜、竹笙、芽菜、韮菜、腐皮、生菜、豆卜 ; 其實真係好大碗同好抵食，兩個人 Share 食又得，自己肚餓既話一個人食又飽，雖然啲餸唔算得係啲咩高質食材，但以呢個價錢就可以食到咁多元化，真係十分划算。烤香辣豬大腸 ($24) : 餐牌寫住用秘製醬汁，而且自己又鐘意食豬大腸，所以就叫黎試下喇 ; 上枱時比我預期中細碟，不過味道幾特別入口有點微酸，而且帶點辣相當惹味 ; 不過如果大腸係炸的話，相信口感會比烤更好。
