To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前在網上買了90元的二人餐劵,就可以選擇兩個飯和2杯飲品,而飲品是特飲,感覺十分抵食。網上付款之後,隨即會收到確認電郵,電郵中有QR Code。之後便可以到門市,向收銀員展示QR Code落單。由於阿拉斯加鱈魚柳茄汁焗飯是新出品,所以我和男友都選擇食這款飯。鱈魚柳很大條,十分吸睛,炸得酥脆,不過我那條鱈魚柳炸得太耐,呈深橙色,但內里肉質都嫩滑。焗飯份量多,加入了蕃茄汁調味,酸甜開胃。飲品我點了楊枝甘露特飲,很香芒果味,還有芒果粒和柚子粒,增加口感,很好喝。
