616食過幾次堂食+外賣,今次嚟到西環分店,裝修好懷舊,超多打卡位🤩湯底叫左鴛鴦冬瓜酸菜鍋,鍋底好足料,一上枱就聞到勁香!個冬瓜鍋裡面仲有不少牛腩,又腍又入味😋佢嘅價錢都幾貼地,所以我地都狂點單,叫左勁多牛嘅唔同部位,仲有由日本長野縣直接運到香港嘅信州和牛肩胛,佢嘅油脂分佈好平均,沾埋個秘製牛肉汁,真係會想再encore!而牛嘅部位,我地叫左滑尾龍、匙柄、澳洲五花趾、牛舌、牛朴肉金花趾同毛肚~ 滑尾龍跟左隻生雞蛋,撈均再淥熟佢都食到好滑身👍我個人就最like匙柄同牛朴肉,比較腍身,好易入口🤤如果鍾意有口感嘅,就必定要食澳洲五花趾同金花趾🧡除左牛肉,我地仲叫左手打牛筋丸,超彈牙;黑豚霜降肉質感有d似豬頸肉🐖蝦滑同墨魚滑夠晒爽口!打邊爐亦唔少得響鈴同炸魚皮,浸一浸個湯再即刻拎上嚟,keep到脆卜卜之餘又食到湯嘅精華😚蔬菜叫左娃娃菜、萵筍同金菇,全部都好新鮮,索埋湯汁食幾惹味😂飲品揀左菊花桂圓露、洛神玫瑰茶同烏梅汁,唔會太甜,當清下熱都唔錯😎
