To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日lunch同左同事去左巧明街ok便利店隔離樓梯上樓嘅餐廳食川菜，地方相當闊落，整體上都干淨。午市精選套餐好抵食，幾十蚊就可以食到水煮魚，可以配飯or米線，仲有例湯熱飲添。今次一黎就叫左大辣，但對我黎講冇辣味，可能食得辣掛😂米線份量唔多，但魚肉份量就好多，兼好滑。同事就叫左小炒肉飯，好似茶記嘅碟頭飯冇咩特別。仲叫左涼拌魚皮，糍巴兩款小色，不過都麻麻地。魚皮爽口，不過好油仲曬左好多芫茜，如果唔鍾意食芫茜嘅朋友，記得叫侍應走茜呀😉
