To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一年一度的一蚊雞開始啦,報紙看到的個優惠急下不及待今晚和媽媽一起去吃,無飯主婦。原來呢個優惠推廣活動今年是第二十三個年頭了!二人同可叫一隻,開心share,呢喥環境寬敞,燈光充足,食什麼都覺得舒服,由於衹有兩人所以點了一個啫啫通菜煲,先吃菜打抵,再吃肉會對身體健康啲。通菜夠翠綠,啫啫聲,香嘖嘖嘅蝦醬和蝦米豬肉碎,好好味,如果汁再亁少少水的話,就very good了!吃清全煲菜再慢慢享用熱騰騰脆卜卜的燒鷄,有剪刀及手套提供給我們自己剪下來吃!雞肉好夠味道,雞脾好嫩滑,雞皮脆卜卜。淨吃鷄翼和脾都抵啦!不過實在太好味了,除了雞頸以上及雞尾,全隻雞給我吃光了。呢個優惠至今到下月十七號,和星期一至五晚供應的,我諗會再來光顧多兩次或三次吧!😋😋
