今晚同朋友去了一間在元朗嘅壽司店食飯,這裡位置不是十分當眼,但如果識行就係在大馬路向Yoho 方向個邊個位置旁,行人天橋望下去個條街,當然識食就一定搵到!這裡主要都係食Omakase Dinner Set 為主,有三個價錢選擇,我們就點了中間價位個款,落單後就先由前菜開始,內有三款食物包括超級爽甜北海道白粟米,以菠菜為口味卷成嘅卷蛋、同埋入口香滑嘅牛奶燉蛋接住就係刺身三種北海道北寄貝刺身,師傅一拍即北寄貝肉即時收縮,入口爽口鮮味!北海道右口魚刺身,師傅以薄切後卷返炙燒過嘅魚邊,燒出嘅魚油混埋醬汁卷成,入口十分肥美香濃!以北海道帶子刺身,帶子肥大肉厚,師傅切開一半加少少柚子皮,帶出本身嘅清甜感覺!另一半係傳統嘅Wasabi同埋青檸汁帶出鮮甜味道,兩種各有特色!之後就係手握壽司北海道白烏賊師傅在白烏賊切條入口時更軟糯可口,加上少少岩鹽同埋青檸汁,口感清新!富山灣白蝦上配上紫蘇花同柚子皮,一齊入口味道十分配合味道鮮甜!深海池魚上配以博多薑蔥,既有白身魚應有的清爽口感,又帶有豐厚的油脂,魚肉味道偏甘甜!北海道深海蝦縞蝦,加埋炙燒過嘅蝦頭肉、蝦膏、同埋蝦籽,既甜美又惹味!大拖羅嘅脂肪分佈好像雪花
