荃灣呢間要排隊先有得食嘅西餐廳,到底有咩咁吸引呢?之唔係人人都鐘意嘅抵食生蠔,仲有大大件嘅牛扒囉!為咗$10隻嘅生蠔,真係排吓隊都值嘅!今次試咗兩隻特價愛爾蘭生蠔($10/1)同兩隻法國芝拉多N1($28/1)。偏綠色嗰隻係愛爾蘭,肉厚但蠔味唔重,有點金屬味。芝拉多蠔肉結實有彈性,咬落crunchy,蠔味有層次,先有海水味,後有香濃蠔味,必推👍🏻芝士煙肉洋蔥焗大磨菇$58,大愛芝士者最高興莫過於見到芝士滿溢嘅情境。芝士味濃配上惹味煙肉和juicy大磨菇,真係絕配兩個扒餐都跟沙律、紅/白湯、蒜蓉包同熱飲,另選薯菜/飯/意粉。羅宋湯偏酸,蒜蓉包香脆夠熱!香煎澳洲肉眼扒$128,點咗四成熟,上碟賣相精美,生熟程度控制不錯,剖面呈粉紅色,肉身比想像中薄和肥,肉嫩而煎得香。香煎紐西蘭牛仔骨$138,肉味濃,肉薄且有肥膏,過了火喉表面煎乾了點。相對地肉眼扒咁大件好抵食。今次貪心兩個主菜都叫咗扒,其實見到隔離枱叫咗墨魚汁意粉都好吸引,下次返嚟要試吓!
