Restaurant: One Point Zero One

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得之前觀塘返工，依間餐廳基本上成日都會食。之前一直都係叫外賣，基本上中午去堂食都一定要等位。而且外賣單佢哋都係會超多，我哋都會一早叫定，然後夠鐘就去拎。今日係我第一次堂食，我差唔多三點鐘先去，理所當然餐廳無咩客人，位置坐得幾舒服。入座後自己QR code 落單。我當然叫我最鍾意食嘅香蔥紫菜手撕雞飯~~一直都覺得依間店啲餸超多，今日都唔例外。啲雞好滑好淋，雞皮好薄，而且味道剛剛好。但略嫌啲飯比較黏，記得好似一直都係咁。價錢我覺得依個份都合理，而且下午茶時段有九折。佢哋仲有其他野都好好食，基本無雷~

一直都覺得依間店啲餸超多，
今日都唔例外。
啲雞好滑好淋，
雞皮好薄，
而且味道剛剛好。
但略嫌啲飯比較黏，
記得好似一直都係咁。

價錢我覺得依個份都合理，
而且下午茶時段有九折。
佢哋仲有其他野都好好食，
基本無雷~
