To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去行南豐紗廠，就去附近搵嘢食啦。見到呢間日式小清新嘅餐廳，決定入去試吓！Lunch menu都好多選擇，同朋友每人揀咗一款月見牛肉味噌鍋，原本係配白飯，加咗$6改拉麵牛肉份量好多，底下仲有好多菜、芋絲等等我最後都係食唔晒啲拉麵～板燒雪花牛肉，朋友都係加$6改配烏冬呢個set牛肉有成12塊，非常抵食啊！自己燒到鍾意嘅熟度，入口油脂豐富，正！再另外叫咗一份朋友好想食嘅炸一口芝士上枱熱辣辣咁食好好味啊，仲有沾蜜糖食都唔錯喎！跟餐有埋嘢飲，每人一百蚊左右，抵食啊！
