To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間日本餐廳喺銅鑼灣心臟地帶，地鐵站出口轉彎就到，好適合行完街後來醫肚。今日放工過來都不用等位直入，實在太好，食完仲有時間去買嘢。叫左3樣嘢食埋單都係2百幾蚊，價錢係呢區黎講都算合理。蟹子沙律 $50沙律大大兜，味道唔錯。牛仔骨石鍋飯 $98石鍋飯配料有泡菜、木耳、紅蘿蔔絲同粟米粒，加埋醬汁撈勻就食得，醬汁微微辣加上牛仔骨，整個飯好有韓式風味。牛肉野菜壽喜燒 $88牛肉同野菜份量都好多，再配上溫泉蛋，壽喜燒湯底甜甜的味道很不錯。
