To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每一次無從選擇嘅時候，元氣壽司都係一個好嘅選擇，好少令人失望。尤其最近逢星期三，元氣壽司都有銀會員感謝日，八折真係好抵食呀。今次食咗好多好鍾意嘅壽司，包括炙燒牛油赤海蝦、炸雞翼———佢嘅炸雞翼外脆內嫩，好Juicy👍🏻、炙燒黑松露帆立貝、蔥香珍寶熟帆立貝♥️，這次沒有叫刺身，每一次食蔥香珍寶帆立貝都覺得好幸福😂，仲有叫其他嘢食，都好唔錯，但係以上呢啲係比較有感受嘅～最後尾聲嘅甜品，必食海鹽檸檬焦糖芝士蛋糕及柚子雪葩～被耽誤了的甜品鋪😂今日要讚一讚有一位服務員好細心，見到我隻手攞完鰻魚手卷，充滿笑容同埋好窩心咁俾咗兩張濕紙巾我地～
