To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約左朋友又未夠鐘，見肚餓所以求其搵間餐廳醫肚，見呢間日本野仲有lunch set就入左去食餐廳佈置無咩特別，係一間香港中低價typical 日本餐廳可能無期望，所以反而有驚喜喎⋯⋯叫左一個火灸三文魚丼同帶子蟹羔刺身。三文魚丼size 都唔細，魚既份量亦控制得幾好，雖然刺身唔算厚，但係燒得唔錯，唔會太燶但係好香。味道亦幾好，不過三文魚子既顏色無咩光澤，應該唔係非常新鮮，但係食落又唔腥，算合格。帶子蟹羔刺身有驚喜，帶子夠厚身，無標哂水，新鮮！蟹羔亦無腥臭味。夾埋一齊食好甜好鮮！60幾蚊算超值野飲無comment,不過可以俾多塊檸檬總結：呢個價位黎講既日本野算做得唔錯，選擇又多。可以再試！
