To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次食銅鑼灣極尚大喜屋，非常豐富😍有刺身、壽司、卷物、一品料理、炸物等，出面自助區有都有熟食、沙律、前菜、凍海鮮等等，飲品櫃都有超多款飲品🥤🐟刺身有三文魚、赤貝、甜蝦、赤蝦、帶子等等。三文魚厚切食落有鮮味創作壽司🍣款式好多，特別推薦鵝肝、海膽拖羅、火炙左口魚邊炸物有黃金炸軟殼蟹🦀外邊包裹了鹹蛋黃，炸得非常香脆，咬落去仲有汁！避風塘賴尿蝦都唔錯，出邊放題少有。炸乳鴿皮脆肉嫩。貓山王波波同芋泥波波都外層煙靭，內餡滿滿🥰串燒🍢類推薦厚切牛舌，調味一流！一品料理醉鮑魚花雕酒味好香，鮑魚彈牙淋滑✨甜品係重點，有椰汁🥥雪耳燉木瓜、特別在有燒榴槤，燒完軟滑香甜，仲有芒果🥭蓉奶凍滑捋捋，值得一食。甜品櫃仲有多款奶凍🍮蛋糕仔🍰芋圓仙草凍、糯米糍等等，仲有Häagen-Dazs杯裝雪糕🍨同韓國牌子雪條任食！
