To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入到東涌做野，又唔知食咩好，東薈城餐廳花多眼亂，最後都係選擇最多人排隊既元氣壽司午餐時段都好快就入得，都算係甘今次試食佢既雜錦刺身丼套餐（$58+10%），佢既套餐除左主食，仲包左沙律，日式海鮮燉蛋，汽水，我再為食地加左個手卷（+$12）。呢個價錢真係好抵，而且東涌店係我食過最有誠意既餐廳，佢用既餐盒都好靚，其他店既刺身丼係就甘用碗上刺身丼好新鮮就不在話下，其他食物都維持高水平，特別係燉蛋熱辣辣送上。呢個價錢真係超抵，東涌店仲要做得比其他分店好最衰東涌太遠，唔係都有機會再去
