Restaurant: An Nam Pho X Viet Tea

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過見到新開業,坐低一試。我地叫咗兩碗粉麵+米紙卷。原本想叫生菜包,但係侍應可能啱啱返工唔太清楚有咩餡料,我地就放棄咗。上菜時,份量大到嚇一跳,連隔離枱都「哇 駛唔駛咁大碗」。火車頭嘅牛肉同牛丸好食。蕃茄湯底比較厚,酸酸甜甜好啱我口味。意外驚喜係米紙卷,皮薄煙韌,粉絲彈牙。落少少魚露酸甜汁好開胃。每塊份量都比正常大一倍。一開始覺得價錢有啲貴,睇到份量就覺得好抵食。見到隔離枱嘅二人火車頭個碗仲大過日式拉麵大碗,起碼夠兩大一細食。如果下次再食,我會直接叫一個米紙卷做主食,再加一兩個小食。

意外驚喜係米紙卷,皮薄煙韌,粉絲彈牙。落少少魚露酸甜汁好開胃。每塊份量都比正常大一倍。

一開始覺得價錢有啲貴,睇到份量就覺得好抵食。見到隔離枱嘅二人火車頭個碗仲大過日式拉麵大碗,起碼夠兩大一細食。如果下次再食,我會直接叫一個米紙卷做主食,再加一兩個小食。
