To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行經銅鑼灣想食泰國野，係google大神協助下，發覺銅鑼灣既Tower 535有好多餐廳。黎到餐廳入面勁有泰國酒吧feel，懷疑佢定時會有live band show，另外佢餐廳都以火車做主題，幾得意，小朋友實好鍾意。野食方面價錢合理，而且都好大份。馬拉盞通菜既辣味明顯，非常惹味。招牌小曼谷炒米，類似星洲炒米，再加上扎肉、豬頸肉粒，同泰國米粉一齊炒，爽口得黎唔會好硬。最喜歡佢既青咖喱，非常之濃，配油飯食一流。油飯大大碗，粒粒分明👍🏿飲品方面，泰式奶茶都係正常水準，若不喜歡點額外飲品，店員也預先比熱水顧客👍🏿總括嚟講，店鋪食物質素穩定，睇返原來佢九龍城都有分店，應該都係信心之作👍🏿
