To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日來到旺角登打士街食譚仔三哥米線，地點有少少隱蔽，客流較少，但見外賣架多外賣，隨意坐低，見過橋米線最抵食，一於試吓。落單冇耐就上菜，真係有少少嚇親，勁大碗，再用筷子摷一摷，好多料：豬肉、豬膶、炸醬、酸菜、牛肉、牛丸、豆卜、芽菜、雞肉、墨魚丸、韭菜、腐皮、腩肉、魚蛋、生菜、竹笙、火腿，還另外送多碟炸醬同酸菜，料唔係每樣一兩舊，係每樣幾舊，而且都幾新鮮好食，牛肉鮮嫩唔韌，腩肉薄嫩，豬膶爽嫩，雞肉嫩滑，丸類彈牙，酸菜甜酸爽口好好食，我叫咗清湯唔使加錢，但都鮮甜，過橋米線煮得啱啱好，唔會過硬或太腍，份量超多，感覺食極都有，兩人份量都不為過，都係$57，好抵食，唔使傷腦筋諗食乜，樣樣餸都有啲，飽肚又幾好食。譚仔三哥米線 (恒隆大廈) (旺角)旺角登打士街44-46號恒隆大廈地舖及1樓
