To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時食開嘅黃店都係咖啡店為主好少係呢種街坊老字號上次嚟嗰時佢休息今次終於食到啦排隊等候嘅期間（等左大約15分鐘）一路喺度掙扎緊到底應該叫招牌排骨麵定係菜膽雲吞排骨麵最後叫咗後者咁就可以食到雲吞又食到排骨啦雲吞皮薄料多又大隻排骨炸得好鬆脆食落又唔油膩上海麵煮得啱啱好唔會太硬唔會太軟分量十足近排仲可以係邊度搵到啲$50落樓嘅午餐佢嘅CP值真係好高下次去食想試吓佢個牛腩麵仲有其他小食好似香炸豆腐、紫菜腐皮卷、炸雲吞等等
