店員好細心介紹燒法,記得啲流水蝦要凍暈左先好拎去燒,鮑魚唔好連殼燒因為會爆🫣,佢仲好細心教我哋點樣起鮑魚殼👍🏻 調味方面,枱面放咗四款調味粉,另外出面仲有牛油🧈,蒜蓉🧄,辣椒🌶️,香蔥比你自己調個人口味。

燒鰻魚燒到外皮好香,裏面啖啖肉,肉質細嫩冇咩骨,好想再食,可惜呢個唔係任食,不過少食多滋味🤤

扇貝
好厚身好大粒,色質鮮嫩,口感彈牙,味道鮮甜,我個人推薦幾種食法:
1)原汁原味就咁燒,最緊要係燒完之後嘅汁唔好倒咗去,喺鮮美嘅精華所在🤩
2)加蒜蓉同粉絲製作蒜蓉粉絲扇貝
3)加牛油,辣椒同蒜蓉,牛油可以令扇貝口感更軟滑,加咗辣椒仲惹味

厚肉鮑魚
鮑魚厚身大大隻,開頭我哋起咗殼就咁燒,燒得比較乾身冇咗啲肉汁,後來職員教我地放喺扇貝殼上面燒,可保留鮑魚肉汁同鮮味👍🏻

放喺凍櫃見到有兩款腐皮卷,估唔到係咁好食,外皮燒到金黃色,好酥脆香口,裏面好似花枝丸咁爽口彈牙有嚼勁😍

整體食物質素非常高,尤其係海鮮類,全部都新鮮厚肉,三百幾蚊真係好抵食,回頭率高,而且時間夠晒長,俾大家可以血拼多幾轉,感覺食咗咁多貴價海鮮都回晒本。服務態度都唔錯,職員會細心介紹燒法,又會幫客人解決疑難。
