To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酒樓八點開舖，我7:45已經去到酒樓門口。當時門口大約聚集咗十幾個人。未夠八點職員已經開門俾大家入去坐低。行到入去以為隨便冇人坐嘅位置就可以坐低。原來呢個諗法係完全錯嘅。每次準備坐低都會有人大聲叫「呢張有人，你坐第二張」。最初我以為只係食客幫朋友霸位，但係當我嘗試到第三張枱嘅時候，我係俾個職員叫我坐第二張枱。職員同我講呢張枱要留返比個熟客。如是者我就再咁樣搬嚟搬去，總共試咗5張枱，終於成功坐低咗。坐低咗之後我再望一望四周嘅情況，差唔多有半間酒樓都係比熟客留低咗。真心覺得：一係有心做熟客每日嚟幫襯，一係我就以後都唔嚟幫襯。酒樓想留低熟客呢個我好明白。做生意一定係咁。但係可唔可以安排好少少呢？至少好似我呢啲咁嘅生客，都唔需要俾人當人球咁踢黎踢去！！你冇生客，以後又點會有熟客呢？講返食物，其實質素唔差，而且都幾抵食。如果唔介意有機會做人球，又或者諗住以後每日都嚟幫襯成為熟客，我覺得呢間嘢都值得嚟幫襯嘅。
