To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日來到沙田做野，經過見到有燒肉like,即刻排隊攞飛，因為咁啱係Lunch time,等咗大概45分鐘終於到我首先燒肉價錢合理，我叫左其中一個最平既牛五花100g 定食，跟餐有湯，個湯就偏咸左少少，泡菜同沙律二揀一，咁我就揀左沙律，啲菜都算新鮮配合咸既麻油汁，可以解油膩，而牛五花本身就有調味，係甜口既豉油味在場有不同醬汁選擇，我就最中意蒜味醬油，好惹味而飯亦可選擇大中細，不用另外加錢咁多野加埋都只係48蚊，十分超值如果大家有時間或者撞正唔洗排隊，一定要試PS: 只收電子支款

配合咸既麻油汁，可以解油膩，而牛五花本身就有調味，係甜口既豉油味
