To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屋企人由美國返港探親，知道佢鍾意食烤鴨。今日專誠揀咗去大都烤鴨。八個人先揀咗個六人套餐（$2088），另加左野菌炒麵，素餃子同二菘炒鴨未。套餐先來頭盤五小碟，除咗一隻大都烤鴨之外，有花膠燉津白，江南松子魚，黑蒜蝦球，瑤柱木耳浸菜苗，炒飯同小籠包，食物分量十足，8個人都食唔曬，味道質素亦有驚喜。最後仲話加咗幾個特色甜品，分別係小鴨子酥，蒸禧豌豆黃，仲有爐打滾，一家人也大快朵頤。特別推介松子魚，起曬肉最啱老人家同小朋友。
