一至五返工冇啖好食,週末放假梗係要獎勵吓自己😋$418食到類似輕量版omakase嘅9貫壽司,午餐性價比高👍🏻先來兩道輕巧嘅前菜開開胃👅分別係沙律同埋醬油漬角切魚生。沙律菜頗新鮮,加左爽脆嘅芋頭片,有創意🥗9貫壽司按先淡後濃嘅順序上菜:1. 爐魚:晶凝通透,質地軟熟,魚味清甜一啲腥味都無👍🏻2. 帆立貝:肉身肥厚,輕輕略燒更顯鮮味,如果少啲芥末就perfect😌3. 間八魚:雖然係白身魚但係魚味濃郁4. 赤貝:外面爽脆內裡幼嫩,以小量柚子汁調味更顯鮮甜。5. 竹莢魚:閃令令✨望到都流晒口水😋燒過之後上面撒少少柚子皮好清新🍊6. 醬油漬赤身:以甜度高嘅醬油醬油醃過十日嘅吞拿魚背,比一半掃上醬油嘅魚肉入味得多,亦軟滑得多❤️7. 拖羅:完全無肋,入口即溶✨油脂充盈所以少少膩,最尾食啱曬🍣8. 白海膽:9. 鰹魚:尤愛炙壽司🖤燒至七成熟本來已經好啱我口味,配埋紅油乾蔥更添風味🌶️10. 吞拿魚手卷:紫蘇葉獨特嘅幽香同吞拿魚蓉好夾🍃仲可以辟腥~先生後熟,食完凍冰冰嘅壽司輪到暖胃嘅熱食♨️茶碗蒸口感滑嘟嘟,入面料好足料,有蟹絲、蝦尾、雞肉,仲有甜甜嘅栗子,味道豐富🌰飲埋大大碗嘅蜆湯,絕對滿足☺️甜品方面
