二胡後的晚飯,我發覺差不多次次都係打甂爐,今晚都唔例外,一行四人去到太子百利開餐﹗之前來過兩次,味道還算不錯,作為麻甩佬最緊要就係book定樓上,可以自由活動,如果坐地下就無呢支歌仔唱﹗老友到先,先order一碟鮮魚皮食下,唔食魚的我破例一試,魚皮帶麻油香,入口爽脆,出奇地原來佢係唔腥的,幾特別﹗湯底要了這兒最出名的蝴蝶腩湯底,湯頭尚算鮮濃,蝶腩也不少,件件都半肥瘦連筋,膠質夠亦有嚼頭,肉質綿而軟,我就嫌肥左0的,不過愛吃筋的友人們都大快朵頤,未正式開始打甂爐已經差唔多食哂個湯底﹗手切牛睇個色水是不錯,入口尚算軟熟,但牛味及脂香均不足,亦帶一陣令人難以下嚥的牛羶味,同行的友人都覺得味道麻麻,睇番自己的食評,其實之前都有彈過佢地0的手切牛,但係唔知點解次次去到都係唔理三七廿一照叫可也,真係自己攞o黎衰﹗鮮粉腸同鴨腸兩樣我都唔岩,但友人們超欣賞,吃完一箸又一箸有如吃烏冬,腸壁是滿滿的肥膏,灼熟後又爽又香,不太韌但有嚼勁,幾口就俾佢地食哂﹗手打四寶丸,看得出是鮮打的,四隻中以墨丸味道最濃,其餘的則平平無奇,牛肉口感似生竹牛肉大家也覺得麻麻地,還是一片片的好吃﹗蠔$20碟有五六隻,未算大隻,但

$20碟有五六隻,未算大隻,但蠔味濃郁,咬落蠔汁豐腴,香口好食﹗

魚腐$20碟口感有如大魚旦,帶豆香。

手切牛吃過麻麻,四個牛魔當然唔會咁就算,要了美國西冷牛肉,色水呈殷紅,肥瘦勻稱,紋理亦恰當,不肥不瘦,入口軟糯中見油脂香,肉質細綿,片片雙飛,牛味香濃。

一句到尾,好吃,以後來百利記住要點呢隻牛﹗

大食之友食完咁多野仲未飽,再叫多個牛粒同埋雞子,牛粒牛味香濃,不過灼得耐就過韌,唔灼耐一點又怕佢唔熟,兩難式﹗

雞子我睇見個樣都唔開胃,不過佢地三個就一粒一粒咁放入口,佢地話爆汁勁正,一粒起一粒清,真係當正係四寶丸咁食﹗我就真係唔識欣賞,不以置評﹗

呢晚飲既係Asahi,$14支,入座如在兩小時內結帳就一人送一支,埋單岩岩好兩粒鐘,慳番幾十蚊啤酒錢﹗

一人唔洗兩舊水,食咁多野又飲十幾廿支啤酒都算異常抵食﹗講真食物不算貴,不少簡單餸料都係$20,牛就大碟$100,多人吃必抵吃,係佢地個手切牛總是次次食也不太岩脾胃,其他食物質素也不錯,三五知已要大大聲暢所欲言,來這兒準不錯了﹗
