To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從發現屋企附近有依間甜品鋪，食過一次後，就帶了不同朋友去食，燒著埋啲朋友。老闆一家都好好友善。抹茶心太軟 M5 set ：必食! 好香好濃嘅抹茶味，剛新鮮出爐嘅熱烘烘的心太軟溶漿配搭冰凍嘅雪糕，凍熱兩感重疊，突顯出抹茶香味，口感也絕佳。旁邊的抹茶蕨餅一樣都好濃抹茶味。次次都係介紹朋友叫依個。焙茶芝士蛋糕：一入口，唔小心“嘩“左一聲，實在太令人驚喜，真係超級好食。係最近先出的期間限定，之前未食過。超濃的焙茶香味，配嫩滑的芝士味，一入口香味溶化，還有焙茶味回甘的後勁，每啖都令味蕾十分滿足!我同朋友都讚口不絕!北海道牛奶梳乎厘：好高身，用黎打卡正。口感好軟好似棉花糖~
