去到已經收咗爐,買唔到新鮮燒起嘅鯛魚燒。有別一般似紅豆餅嘅鯛魚燒,呢款係用酥皮燒成。第一次食,揀咗限定款抹茶味。雖然唔熱但因為酥皮上嘅糖已經焦糖化,所以酥皮好脆。日本甜點嚟講佢係少有地甜度適中。酥皮呈綠色,茶味清香又有牛油香。餡料可以再多啲。內餡抹茶味更香,唔係濃茶香,似茉莉花茶嗰種淡香。好值得一試再試~~~~
