To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

持續的二人限聚令，持續的與友人二個人用餐。因為新年期間吃得太多，所以這次我們僅是淺嚐一個小食和一碟炒飯。小食是香菇烤麩，小人拍照前友人已先吃了數口，所以平心而論原來的晒士整體算是大碟的。菇是有的，但香氣不夠突出；烤麩煙煙靭靭，頗入味，只是食味太鹹，兼且油份很重。阿娘炒飯的炒飯料有雞肉、蝦仁、洋蔥等等，上面鋪了一隻荷包蛋。這碟炒飯跟前菜烤麩一樣，問題是既油且鹹，不過幸好炒飯還算顆粒分明，煎蛋亦不錯。拉上補下可說是中規中矩。
