To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約了朋友到銅鑼灣晚餐，他說想食拉麵，我就在網上看到這間豚王極具人氣，就決定跟朋友前往試試。可能時間尚早，肯好還沒有太多人排隊，餐具裝潢也跟日本風格很相似，給我一種回到日本的感覺。餐牌拉麵款式不多，應該是重質不重量，有5款拉麵，店員都很耐心講解每一款拉麵的特式，非常細心、專業。我最後選了極力推介的豚王拉麵，個人口味也點了廚師推薦，店員都細心地提示廚師推薦會有一點點的辣，來到後湯底非常之熱，拉麵汁也相當濃厚，薄薄的油脂加上木耳、蔥花絕配，湯底也不會太咸，叉燒厚度適中，不錯！我朋友點了赤王，辣油也覆蓋了整個麵碗，極度適合我朋友，因為他非常可以吃辣，拉麵軟硬度適中，下次來我一定會點這碗。最後還點了豚王餃子王，餃子的特點是皮薄餡嫩，味道鮮美。溏心蛋軟滑的蛋白，咬下去半熟的蛋黃流出，非常誘人。
