To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

德福廣場真係一個美食天堂，有好多餐廳可以選擇，下午茶唔想食得太heavy,搵左間拉麵店食，一入去可能下午茶時段，唔太多人，好多身邊朋友都話，香港餐廳都好無禮貌，北上餐廳有禮貌，不過我覺得佢地改善緊，我地一入餐廳，侍應好有心叫我地座中間，旁邊2個位置可以放袋，好有心，真係值得一讚, qr code落單，好快就選擇食物，叫左2碗麵，1個醬油，另1個係豬骨拉麵，豬骨比較油，相比醬油比較清，2碗大約70蚊，價錢正常，不過我覺得如果男士來食會覺得唔太飽，須要另加配菜，麵比較少。整體不過不失，服務很好，餐飲業要努力。
