料理長之選擇$108.店舖唔多選擇只有三款,一種係只有慢煮豬肉另外一種就係只有燒嘅叉燒,我選擇嘅呢種當然係兩個都有晒啦😄.燒嘅叉燒就係食佢嘅焦香同油香,慢煮叉燒就係食佢嘅肉質,食佢嘅嫩,兩款都有各自嘅優點,同時都有一個共同之處就係兩個都咁好食😋.湯底係濃厚豚骨魚介醬油,絕對係偏濃味嘅湯底,我覺得餐廳做得好好嘅地方係有加到洋蔥佢中和咁濃厚嘅味道,自己食到一半更加係加咗白醋,覺得咁樣會更加啱自己口味😌.另外麵就係偏向幼身,掛湯能力都好高😃.CP值及夠飽其實價錢$100有少少貴,分量OK嘅😝.翻啅偶爾行過都會想食下😁
