接觸精品咖啡已經有一段日子,通常都係配蛋糕或甜食,但呢度俾我知道原來佢同拉麵可以咁夾☺️當日拉麵套餐 (蝦湯拉麵+ Cold Brew + 昭和硬布甸) 附上嘅 Cold Brew 俾我驚艷嘅感覺,不但充滿士多啤梨嘅香氣,更令鮮蝦高湯多左一份清甜,而且蝦湯鮮味濃郁卻唔會太油膩👍🏻 當咖啡同拉麵交替品嚐時,每一啖味道都有唔同層次,既有士多啤梨味又有朱古力味,呢個火花太奇妙啦🌟套餐以用日本「曉」雞蛋同 Cream Cheese 製作而成嘅昭和硬布甸作結,比我預期中大件😆 口感綿滑,有啲似 Cream Brulee 同布丁燒😋除左呢度嘅咖啡同拉麵,我仲好欣賞佢地經營嘅態度,佢地希望客人會有一個完整嘅味覺體驗,所以拉麵都不設微調 (食物敏感除外);店員 (應該係老闆?😆) 亦會同客人閒聊交流,呢種小店的確值得到訪👍🏻聽講佢地會不定期推出唔同口味嘅湯底同 Cold Brew 配對,當日隔離檯嘅客人叫左巴斯克芝士蛋糕,睇落相當吸引,等我下次再來食💚
