拉麵關注組長期大熱,相信一眾拉麵迷都有聽過呢間舖頭 今次就嚟試吓位於大角咀嘅大丸。面有得揀粗麵或幼麵。油有得揀普通油,多油或少油。食完之後仲可以問店員攞昆布醋加落個湯度試吓個湯,蝦丸:主要用豬骨熬煮而成,再加蝦作為調味。一碗拉麵有3塊叉燒,木耳絲,蔥花,半隻糖心蛋同紫菜。呢碗拉麵嘅哈味好濃郁,右面更加可以吸收到下湯嘅精華,整體來講幾好食,但食到一半會覺得有少少漏。貝丸:呢個湯底係新出嘅,唔同於其他用豬骨熬煮而成,佢係用海鮮湯底熬煮而成嘅。呢碗拉麵有五隻好大隻嘅貝殼類,每隻都煮得啱啱好熟食到佢嘅鮮甜味。今次呢碗揀咗粗麵,都係普通油。呢碗有好濃郁嘅木魚碎嘅味道,粗面就更加帶出木魚嘅味。個人認為之後追加左半個幼麵好食啲,但朋友覺得粗麵好食啲。果然拉麵嘅口味真係好因人而異,各花入各眼。整體而言 兩碗拉麵嘅水準都係中上,係值得一試,如果唔使排咁耐隊就更好啦。
