To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說和郡主專誠過開嚟大角咀,見到這間小店,由於太肚餓,所以不用考慮太多就入去一試了。 郡主點了魚三寶喇沙 + 凍美祿,我點了招牌8oz厚切豬扒飯 + 凍鴛鴦桔仔話梅水。先講環境,雖然桌子比較少,但四周嘅裝飾也令我感到很舒服自在,環境又乾淨!試了魚三寶的魚蛋炸魚皮和雞蛋,味道幾好,口味大眾化!炸魚皮炸得超脆,超鑽!凍美祿較淡,好像溝了很多水的朱古力。招牌8oz厚切豬扒豬飯夠大碟,肉質唔錯,吃完後好滿足。凍鴛鴦桔仔話梅水雖然要另加$12,但一試難忘,頭一啖鹹鹹地,然後越飲越好飲。這間星洲飯堂值得推介!
