在銅鑼灣同屋企人食晚飯,中菜最合口味,揀咗利舞臺呢間玉桃軒酒家❤︎招牌菜是片皮鴨,一隻太多食唔哂,有半隻揀,但份量依然十分多。鴨皮連肉,皮脆肉嫩,不會太油亦不太乾,水準十分高,難怪每枱客都有叫片皮鴨蝦子雙菇炆海參,海參炆煮得好腍好入味,的確是要中菜酒樓先煮到呢個味道,屋企人非常喜歡。雙菇份量極多,送飯一流甜豆百合炒藕片,是荷蘭豆炒蓮藕。菜名真是無改錯無取巧,蓮藕片炒得爽脆,甜甜地,十分開胃,又剛好中和一下海參同片皮鴨的偏重口味
