好少覓食去到黃大仙區,但友人吹🐔要食大閘🦀放題,我唯有拼咗條老命陪你癲,呢度地方唔大而且內裏狹窄,不過無所謂,反正限時90分鐘,究竟我嘅極限去到邊🙄,要食過至知,原本揀咗$568嘅size,埋單先發現店員幫我哋落咗$488,我哋真係掛食連單都冇睇🤣,店員簡單講解落單細節,提醒最後15分鐘截單,飲品自取,如果鍾意飲薑茶記得早D攞,因為杯茶超熱,放涼都要一段時間,枱上有兩款order紙,每人每次限點2隻,呢度上蟹速度快,絕對冇hea 你,所以冇出現人等🦀情況,大閘蟹有四種烹調方式,清蒸最好食,尤其是蟹公,黏口軟滑,口感綿密,白膏亦多,相對蟹乸D膏比較硬身,不過用避風塘煮法又好夾,至於花雕蒸同鹽焗個人覺得一般,熟食只有四款,大閘蟹粥唔錯,臘味糯米飯偏咸,餃子普通貨色,自問大閘蟹迷嘅你不妨嚟挑戰下
