前菜
Cream cheese pancake, DIY bread and butter
首先上既係pancake小點,外形小巧,食落陣芝士味濃,而且煙肉好香。
之後再上既就係由一個麻布袋裝住既自家制麵包同牛油,仲keep住暖暖地,牛角包酥脆軟熟,另一款就有蒜香,點埋好香既牛油一齊食,味道好夾!

主菜
1.Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallop
第一道菜就係烤北海道珍寶帶子,侍應話個帶子係7成熟,而面頭係三文魚子,而上面既汁係用左芥末同檸檬去調味,貝殻下面放既係開心果仁碎再加竹炭條,旁邊既蟹仔係用左醬油蟹既做法。
我地先食帶子,帶子有彈性,加埋三文魚子有啲咸甜感,而下面果仁粉暖暖地既,非常香,食落又唔會太乾涸,而竹炭條好似曲奇咁既味道,蟹仔有種咸香,脆卜卜,好似小零食咁,易入口。

2.Surprise dish
第二道由廚師即席創作,外型用左龍蝦殻去裝飾,原來裡面係一道用左松葉蟹制成既蛋沙律。旁邊用左水蜜桃同野莓汁做點綴,侍應教我地可以試下沙律既原味,再加上旁邊既醬汁一齊食。蛋沙律既面頭有水蜜桃的果粒,同埋d松葉蟹肉一齊食,好清新,微微既酸甜味,非常開胃!

3.Lobster Tail
第三道菜就係用左波士頓龍蝦既蝦尾黎慢煮,係蝦上面係芥末既奶油汁,下面既醬汁就係三椒汁,分別用川椒,青胡椒同黑胡椒製成。而蝦頭上面既泡沫係分子料理打既菠菜泡沫,左手係炸香既山葵菜,右面係新鮮既青胡椒(唔建議食,因為比較辣)。龍蝦肉質好爽口,加埋醬汁有微辣醇厚既口感,加埋菠菜泡層次又多左變化,好似有陣牛油香味,夾埋旁邊既山葵菜有啲回甘。

4..Surprise dish
第四道菜就係慢煮既日式磯燒鮑魚,侍應先係石春上放上鮑魚,然後係石春上淋上玫瑰露,形成左一道藍光,觀感非常吸引,再等鮑魚吸收左玫瑰露酒既香味,再將鮑魚放落昆布高湯到上碟,鮑魚咬落好冧好入味,而且高湯既咸度剛剛好,好配合到鮑魚既鮮味。

5.Japanese Cod Fish
而第五道就係日本生魚片等級既鱈魚,底下係蕃茄沙司,用左切碎左既紅蔥頭去配搭,同埋藏紅花蛤蜊奶油醬一齊食,帶出到魚肉滑溜,並帶有魚油香。

6.Kagoshima(+$198)
而第六道菜就係鹿兒島A4級牛柳再加牛肝菌炒雜菜,雞油菌蘑菇黎炒雜菜有唔同口感,有啲脆脆地既野,而且好嫩既有豆苗好驚喜。
至於牛柳既肉質係好軟好稔,點左松露和牛牛肉汁都唔會比佢搶左味,睇起黎生,但食落完全接受到,唔會有血,好有牛味。

甜品有兩款選擇,我地想食哂,就要求要兩款不同既,分別係Chocolate Trio同Coconut Sweet。
Chocolate Trio
姐係朱古力三重奏,分別用左朱古力豆既製作過程去區分,由朱古力豆去磨成碎粒,再變成粉既過程,第一個係榛子朱古力凍糕,上面係朱古力雪糕黎,第二個係朱古力香蕉蛋糕,估唔到甜甜既香蕉同帶有少少甘味既朱古力又幾夾,最尾係法國朱克力牛奶,70度濃郁既朱古力奶,飲落好sweet好幸福。

Coconut Sweet
另外一碟甜品,主要既有三層味道組成,有朱古力椰殼,椰絲慕絲,同黑朱古力,朱古力既味道中夾雜椰子既清新,食落仲有椰絲有趣既口感,好有層次。另外仲有蛋糕同白朱古力粒,柚皮,藍莓之類係外圍,其中白朱古力既口感最有趣,入口即化,好似糖霜粒咁,成個甜品都好似一次對舌頭既未知挑戰!

食完甜品當然有小許茶點同茶作結啦,我同朋友分別點左Breakfast tea 同Earl grey 茶,再配搭左提子乾曲奇同菠蘿乾朱古力,曲奇好厚實,好香肉桂味,而菠蘿既酸甜因為變左乾更加突出,配合低調既朱古力好新鮮

好欣賞廚師們既精心設計同準備,好似真係帶左食客去發左場夢咁,成晚都係一個唔錯既享受黎,我同我既朋友都好中意呢到既裝潢同食物,希望下次再黎,可以有新既驚喜!
