聯發排隊最長,價錢最貴,質量最差,一間老牌出名貴的燒臘鋪,但因為真系太貴,從來都無試過買來加料,今晚就堂食碟頭飯,平平地試下。去到排隊外賣有起碼6,7個客,坐底食飯亦有8成滿,都是50歲以上。以前以為佢價錢貴會系新鮮豬或雞鴨,但今日豬流感停賣豬一個星期,所以一定吾系新鮮豬,咁就絕對吾值啦。雞飯($44)- 其實現在做燒臘的,不管是大XX,或者海南雞專門店,都能雞皮爽,雞肉滑;但哩間真系反傳統,雞皮琳,雞肉鞋,難得系佢連雞翼都系咁樣,佩服。燒肉飯($44)- 睇相都睇到瘦到嚇死人,皮厚到咬吾到,鞋到有渣,味道偏淡。油菜($12)-12蚊本來都OK,但真系做的太琳,無牙都食到,例湯($9)-只有菜乾和燒豬骨,無菜乾味,只要燒肉油億味,四樣野,無樣到班,收得咁貴仲咁好生意,真系無理由啊!
