父親節想一家人食飯,但係好多地方都full booking,無意中係openrice搵到呢間火鍋店,所以決定試下。雖然食過好多唔同種類嘅邊爐,但係潮汕火鍋真係第一次試。入到間店,有poster介紹唔同牛部位嘅名稱,都有介紹邊個部位應該煮幾耐,呢點我覺得做得幾好嘅。咁食潮汕火鍋,當然係以牛為主,問咗店員食邊種牛肉比較好,佢推薦吊龍,所以決定試下。的確,個店員無介紹錯,吊龍係今次order嘅3種牛肉入面最好味嘅,俾到人嫩同入口即溶嘅感覺。其次係雪花都ok,滑滑地,不過匙仁麻麻,容易老。之後仲order咗牛筋丸、魚皮餃、蝦丸同埋墨魚滑。墨魚滑鮮嫩,值得一試。
