To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

店內環境好有地道特色,老牌舊店好有feel叫左乳豬三拼飯,乳豬拼咩係師傅決定,次次都唔同,令人聯想起omakase結果係乳豬拼叉燒、油雞從來冇食過咁正嘅乳豬!多數市面上啲乳豬其實都係乳豬「皮」,得塊脆皮癡住一層脂肪,有時仲唔脆嘅添...龍記嘅乳豬塊皮又薄又脆,咬落kok kok聲,皮底下層脂肪薄薄地食落一啲都唔油膩,重點係佢地嘅乳豬係連住好大塊嘅肉架! 而且唔會過咸過油過乾,調味適中,燒味界實屬罕有從來冇食過咁正嘅叉燒!肉夠林,蜜汁香甜度適中!平時食開嘅普通叉燒係一忽較乾較韌嘅瘦肉,連住一舊仔肥膏,呢度啲叉燒肉係完美結合肥同瘦,所以咬落好林好軟熟,啖啖肉香,改寫「肥瘦均勻」呢個term!油雞都係唔會太咸、肉質鮮嫩;三種肉分量都好多,一啲都唔姑寒,中環$80左右食得到,抵!
