To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港既上海菜餐廳食過唔少，但講到正宗既上海餛飩，我都仲係會諗起上海弄堂。今日收工之後同男朋友黎到歌賦街搵食，再次比呢間精緻既餐廳吸引，隔咗幾個月再食，等我睇下有冇保持到一貫既水準先。糖醋魚塊侍應姐姐好貼心咁先上左糖醋魚塊，味道酸甜醒胃，而且魚塊大大舊，啖啖肉，好適合作為第一道菜。西洋菜餛飩（季節限定）終於輪到主角餛飩出場，姐姐話西洋菜餛飩係季節性限定，其他日子冇得食架，我50胃又點會錯過呢個機會。餛飩皮好滑，浸係鮮甜既湯汁入面，食落去鮮嫩多汁，好好味。原本以為8隻餛飩都幾多，但食完發覺都唔夠喉。菜飯平時出街食得比較少菜，最後叫左個菜飯。但係相對餛飩，菜飯就冇乜特別，同男朋友一人一半啦！埋單一共二百幾蚊，兩餸一飯，食得好飽好滿足，下次會再幫襯。

侍應姐姐好貼心咁先上左糖醋魚塊，味道酸甜醒胃，而且魚塊大大舊，啖啖肉，好適合作為第一道菜。
