To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過喜滿樓菜館幾次,值得推介三個菜給大家。芝麻雞是必食首選,雞皮薄而不油,加上一層密密的芝麻,香脆可口,雞肉嫩滑,沾上秘製芝麻醬,更有多重味覺享受。原隻菠蘿咕嚕肉,樓面哥哥說加入秘製的酸梅醬烹調,甜酸有致,排骨外脆內嫩,配料還有彩色燈籠椒及鮮菠蘿粒,酸香醒胃而不油膩。椒鹽鮮魷是令人又愛又恨的邪惡小食。師傅弄椒鹽鮮魷做得很有水準,外層炸漿薄而不會太乾身,火候恰到好處,同時可保持魷魚的鮮嫩,讓我們食出鮮美又多汁。這裏美中不足卻是餐廳不大,要食最好訂位。
