To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過咗好多次湯加,但都冇入過去食,今晚突然想食湯飯湯麵就入左黎。果醋豬軟骨魚蛋淮山麵蕃茄湯 ($49)魚蛋有兩粒同埋四五舊豬軟骨,仲有少少白菜仔,但唔知點解明明成碗麵熱到出晒煙,但啲白菜係勁生好似啱啱dump入去🥬😂😂超耐無食果醋豬軟骨😭好好味,豬軟骨夠淋夠入味但唔會骨肉分離,比較可惜係我叫左湯麵,所以浸左落啲番茄湯到🍅少左啲果醋味,可能叫清湯或者飯會好啲。魚蛋就普普通通。湯加比較特別係有得叫淮山麵,感覺上好似健康啲😂但食落其實同普通上海麵差不多,都幾掛汁🤭

超耐無食果醋豬軟骨😭好好味,豬軟骨夠淋夠入味但唔會骨肉分離,比較可惜係我叫左湯麵,所以浸左落啲番茄湯到🍅少左啲果醋味,可能叫清湯或者飯會好啲。魚蛋就普普通通。

湯加比較特別係有得叫淮山麵,感覺上好似健康啲😂但食落其實同普通上海麵差不多,都幾掛汁🤭
