To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 快樂加工好好,接待客人 or想狠狠地食海鮮都係一個好好選擇, fine dinning? 我會揀咁食lor。其實有時間仲可以外面買完帶過黎加工食,平好多。是次埋單$1750,另加$100開瓶費。鯉魚門求其揀左間買海鮮,冇乜講價,突然有土豪fd黎,佢地發板,請自便~7個人買左$4400 海鮮,老板娘閔姐見我地咁好"dirt",即時又送木瓜又送西瓜咁去到快樂,book左枱都要等20分鐘,我40分鐘前去個場仲好吉,明顯係唔多理booking塞爆枱先,要大家外面等又冇位坐。一開波問經理嘢見我著得細個又有禮貌,對我好很寸,眼尾都唔so下我,態度真係好差好差。直到我地d海鮮送到同見到我地d酒就好似變左個人咁沖過黎招呼等位中嘅我地...... 不過變身後既經理服務係幾到位嘅,唯有當一開波果陣佢心情唔好啦唔計頭尾果盤,我地食左:皮蛋酸薑 8.5/10店家用靚皮蛋楊州炒飯.  9/10竟然有個女仔太肚餓叫左個楊洲炒飯先....又竟然即叫即上... 再竟然又炒得好好食,我地食晒.....第一道菜..... 就咁... 豉椒炒蟶子.    9.5/10火喉,味道都一流象拔pon & 墨魚刺身。 加個爐堂灼刀

火喉,味道都一流

象拔pon & 墨魚刺身。 加個爐堂灼
刀功唔錯

咕嚕肉.   9/10
人生食過第二好食嘅咕嚕肉。唔膩,擺半個鐘依然脆,可見上粉有d heart同d汁份量較得arm arm好

薑蔥焗桶蠔.   9/10
蠔走左陣油先炒,脆邊,惹味


之後d菜開始覺得冇咁好味。因為每樣都買太多,已經飽了


花雕蛋白蒸花蟹.  7/10
蛋滑,花雕味重d就perfect,蟹殻打未夠碎,由於大蟹殻厚,咬到自己都驚左驚隻牙有冇爆到

上湯菜心   6/10
無特別,少少overcooked 

芝士焗龍蝦.   6.5/10
"side"左隻龍蝦 
。其實好少地方真係會焗,呢度堅焗,但over Jor d,咁焗肉老左d亦唔入味,芝士太漏太濃有"lone"味。如果上粉走油再芝士汁炒最后先燒一燒個面會好味好多。

上湯瀨尿蝦.  8/10
都係咁啦

店家自家魚湯加我地條魚煲.  8.5/10
要煲,所以好遲先上,好味但已飽晒冇乜飲

鼓椒炒蜆.   6.5/10
我地買d蜆得個大字,唔夠肥美,亦炒得冇蟶子好,又飽。
下次搵紫白色殼果d蜆XO醬炒煎米底 or 花雕蒸


甜品
聽講幾好食,我太飽冇食


Overall 大家食得好爽,快樂加工有功架,值得再去!
